How Do I Form a Corporation?
What are the requirements for forming a corporation in California? Incorporator: A person will be required to be the incorporator.
Articles of Incorporation with a valid purpose. The articles for the corporation must have a valid purpose such as "is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under the General Corporation Law of California"
Information would be required such as a name and address for the corporation. The name and address of agent for service of process also are required.
Authorized Stock must be included in the articles of incorporation.
